We are living in an unusual time – with a lot of uncertainties. We wanted to let you know how we, at abas, are handling the situation.

Information relating to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation
Dear customers,
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our personal and professional lives. Despite the myriad of inconveniences the world is facing, we at abas plan to do everything we can to protect the well-being of our employees and customers.
In view of the current situation, we have asked the majority of our employees to work from home for the next 14 days. We believe this precautionary measure will reduce the overall risk of the virus infiltrating our population. Our customer-facing employees will be asked to minimize travel and work closely with customers to make decisions on what can and cannot be done remotely, as well as if in-person meetings should be delayed or cancelled.
Support requests will continue to be handled as they are now, through our support ticket system.
In closing, I’d like to thank you for your patience and understanding and extend my best wishes for your continued health and safety during this time.
