This allows you to conduct your graphical service assignment planning directly in Abas ERP and receive a complete overview of all service processes, technicians and resources. Service assignments can be planned with one or more technicians and assignment resources. You can easily plan multi-day assignments, including arrival and departure times, and easily change resources. In the interactive Gantt chart, service assignments can be easily planned, scheduled and changed using drag & drop.

Depending on the application case, different views are available in Abas Service Planner. For example, the Order view with the chronological flow of service orders and quotations, the assignments of your technicians, teams, and resources through service reservations as well as a graphical utilization view of your employees and service resources. When using Project Management, you receive additional overviews such as the Project view, which offers an overview of all projects or project processes for which a service assignment has been scheduled. This ensures rapid responsiveness and efficient control.

The service assignment planner can be flexibly and easily adapted to your personal needs and requirements. In addition to the views provided in the standard release and a full-text search, additional filter options can be set. A service order requires an engineer who is a certified welder? A custom filter can be configured to only display the employees who have the appropriate qualifications. Different processes or service reservations can be color-coded for greater transparency. Custom settings and color assignments are also possible here. You can immediately see the service assignment type or whether the employee is available for the assignment. Furthermore, additional reports are available for printing and exporting.
