The extensive pricing functionality automatically considers prices and discount scales of the respective customer, which are recorded in the system. Likewise, special prices negotiated with the customer can be recorded in the quotation and outstanding quotations can be followed-up on via reviews.Â
Is your customer not yet satisfied and the employee who created the quotation is on vacation? Here, too, you are on the safe side with Abas ERP: Since the quotation is saved in the ERP system, another employee can also conduct the next round of negotiations. All quotation versions are retained and offer maximum transparency.Â
Blanket orders provide necessary freedom Â
Blanket order management in Abas ERP offers you the necessary flexibility: On the one hand, simple blanket orders can be used to manage contingents. You can agree on a number of items and a period (for example, an annual contingent) with your customer without setting the dates for the individual delivery schedules. On the other hand, blanket orders can also be planned by scheduling. This is useful if the individual delivery schedule dates are to be guaranteed. The validity can be freely defined within the blanket order. This way, you always have an overview of currently active blanket orders and their progress or completed blanket orders.Â

You have a complete overview of all orders and the option to view them according to various criteria (for example, outstanding orders, customers, products). You can see the entire process chain, which shows which activities took place before and after this process and whether partial deliveries have already been made. After the order has been completed, it is also possible to compare the preliminary and final costing.Â
