Standard reporting for reliable decisions
Are you able to monitor and control your company's critical success factors on a daily basis? Many standard evaluations are available to you directly in Abas ERP, which you can be easily and flexibly adapted yourself. Thanks to the full integration of Abas ERP, all important company data are available. The data are combined from the entire ERP system into key figures in real time and can be analyzed with the latest entries: sales order backlog, outstanding sales orders, outstanding items, stock value, work in progress on key date (WIP), expense distribution sheet (EDS), P&L year-on-year, balance sheets, and much more. In addition, the most important key figures can be monitored using dashboards. This contributes to improvedcontrolof individual departments and the entire company.
Custom evaluations without BI via Excel export
Microsoft Excel is still omnipresent in many midmarket companies that have a high need for individual evaluations but do not yet use Business Intelligence (BI) software. For these kinds of ad-hoc analyses and with the appropriate authorization, data from Abas ERP can be easily inserted and processed in Excel using drag and drop. With the help of pivot tables and diagrams, large amounts of data can be quickly reduced to meaningful scopes with little effort, evaluated in various ways with just a few clicks and visualized graphically - without affecting the original data. Pivot analyses that have been created can be reused at any time without changes or adjusted by changing specific criteria.

If your business needs go beyond the standard reporting in Abas ERP and Excel evaluations, you can reliably transfer ERP data to Business Intelligence and analyze it there. With the help of our MS SQL Connector, the data can be transferred to a third-party BI system as well as to our BI Reporting & Analytics - an Abas solution tailored to your requirements. BI Reporting & Analytics helps you with the standardization, aggregation and evaluation of data - whether for complex data queries or for less comprehensive analyses. With it, templates for static standard reports in the areas of sales, purchasing, production, warehousing and finance are made available to you. The functionality is extended by components for designing cockpits/dashboards and other analytical tools such as dynamic pivot tables and charts.
