High customer orientation through customer management

Prospects, customers, contacts, tasks, and notes can be managed with little effort using Abas ERP Sales. You review all relevant information and processes for the respective contact at a glance in the customer/prospect file, including sales orders and their current status, revenue, outstanding items, ongoing service processes, etc. Conditions such as prices and discounts are also stored in the system in detail. Archived documents (e.g., emails, letters, drawings, contracts) can be accessed directly in Abas ERP via integrated document management.

Regardless of how the contact was established (trade show, social media, etc.), opportunities can be easily created, details entered, and managed. Sales opportunities can be automatically converted into quotes. The quote and forecast management in Abas ERP offers, in addition to the simple creation and management of quotes, the ability to convert them into sales orders with the click of a button - without having to re-enter them. This ensures that all information is transparent and available across all stages of the sales process. You can also record review dates and recognize your sales potential at a glance in a graphical dashboard for opportunities and quotes.

Efficient order management and a total overview 

When the sales order is created, all conditions and prices are automatically "retrieved" - regardless of whether the sales order was generated from a quote or newly recorded. You will also receive simple information about availability for delivery deadlines and you can easily send order confirmations by email and archive them using the integrated document management. The system offers a complete overview of all orders as well as the possibility to view them according to various criteria (e.g., outstanding orders, customer, product). After the order has been completed, it is also possible to compare the preliminary and final costing.

Easily process deliveries and invoices 

In addition to an overview of all orders that have not yet been delivered or invoiced, the ERP software provides the option to simply initiate delivery or invoicing directly from the orders. Posting a packing slip or an invoice immediately updates the stocks and values in the warehouse and creates financial entries as well as outstanding items in financial accounting. Likewise, path-optimized shipping picking and automated creation and management of shipping orders are supported. Less frequent processes such as return deliveries, credit notes, and downpayments are just as easy to handle.
