Abas ERP Controlling:
Highlights in Detail
Cost center accounting for precise cost control
As part of business accounting, cost accounting in Abas ERP includes the classic sub-areas of cost type, cost center and cost object accounting. Cost center accounting shows which costs were incurred in which organizational units and in what amounts. This ensures that decision-makers have all the relevant information for cost control at their fingertips. The integrated internal account activity allocation with its configurable procedure serves to transparently distribute the overheads. Deviations between planned and actual costs, which are disclosed in cost center accounting, provide a basis for cause analyses. Furthermore, your controller receives a wide range of options for meaningful standardized and custom evaluations in our reporting.
Cause-based cost object accounting
Cost object accounting transparently displays what the costs were incurred for. In doing so, fixed and variable cost components are allocated to the cost objects differentiated and thus provide information on price, program and procurement policies. With the help of the contribution margin accounting, the contribution of individual products and service areas to the overall success is also directly visible. The logistical flow of quantities immediately leads to actual costs on the cost objects thanks to full integration. The concurrent calculation thus guarantees a seamless flow of materials and values at all times. You can quickly and precisely analyze data based on cost object accounting and efficiently and reliably support management in decision-making processes. Important key figures are displayed in the dashboards at a glance, for example, visualized for controlling and management.

Efficient analyses with Business Intelligence (BI)
If your business needs go beyond the standard reporting in Abas ERP and Excel evaluations, you can reliably transfer ERP data to Business Intelligence and analyze it there. With the help of our MS SQL Connector, the data can be transferred to a third-party BI system as well as to our BI Reporting & Analytics - an Abas solution tailored to your requirements. BI Reporting & Analytics helps you with the standardization, aggregation and evaluation of data - whether for complex data queries or for less comprehensive analyses. With it, templates for static standard reports in the areas of sales, purchasing, production, warehousing and finance are made available to you. The functionality is extended by components for designing cockpits/dashboards and other analytical tools such as dynamic pivot tables and charts.
