Greater efficiency through automated distribution
Do you still send invoices in paper form or do you want to take a simple step towards digitalization when sending your invoices? We'll help you do it. In addition to conventional printed paper invoices, with Abas ERP you can send customer invoices in PDF format via email. Email distribution can be triggered manually by the user themselves or, if desired, automatically, directly from the ERP system. The email and the attached PDF invoice can be archived in an audit-proof manner in our document management system or using third-party DMS software. Electronic invoicing is a pragmatic way to make processes more efficient, while minimizing effort and saving time every day.
eInvoice - digital, quick and paperless
The new standard for the exchange of electronic invoices has become accepted in the industry. It supplements existing EDI standards and is intended to make it easier for small and medium-sized companies to leverage electronic data interchange. In addition to sending PDFs, invoices can also be created in Abas ERP in the uniform ZUGFeRD format (Factur-X in France) and sent electronically via email. Since the electronically distributed invoices contain all of the invoice information in a structured form (XML format), they can be automatically imported by your business partners and further processed electronically. Technologically, these formats enable a high level of flexibility, simplify invoice processing, andsave your customers valuable time. eInvoices can also be archived in an audit-proof manner in our document management system.

Efficient processes with digitalization
In many companies, incoming invoices are still manually recorded, reviewed and post-processed, which is time-consuming and error-prone. It doesn't matter whether you receive invoices via post or email - with the help of an optional DMS extension, you can import them into Abas ERP and further process them there. For this purpose, paper invoices scanned in after receipt via post and incoming electronic invoices are imported using optical content recognition (OCR). The recognized relevant document data are made available for subsequent processing and verification. In this way, digitized invoice information can be quickly and easily checked for consistency, completeness and correctness, for example, with the help of a comparison with the master and transaction data. You save expenses and benefit from high transparency and shorter processing times.
