Support for sustainability reporting
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) adopted by the EU takes sustainability reporting a step further. This directive requires affected companies to report on the impact of sustainability aspects on their economic situation and to clarify the effects of their business activities on sustainability aspects. The data for this comes from many different sources. As the central system, Abas ERP provides the data for your company-specific ERP processes. One example of this is the option for the continuous recording and management of CO2 emissions in purchasing, which can also be included in CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) reporting.
Support for CO2 accounting
Abas ERP supports the optimization of CO2 accounting and provides relevant energy data from production via its own IoT solution Prodaso, for example. By collecting and evaluating data from production, transparency for our customers increases, enabling them to optimize the use of their machines. On the one hand, this contributes to improving sustainability (more on this in the following section) and, on the other hand, provides data that can be further processed as part of sustainability reporting.

On the road to a digital Europe, incoming and outgoing eInvoices in Abas ERP also offer considerable environmental and savings potential, not least due to resource-friendly electronic processing.
