The Customer Portal, a tool through which customers can easily browse products to place orders and service requests, now features a plan-o-gram. The plan-o-gram is a function for B2B operations that allows your customers to filter what products appear on their portal. The plan-o-gram also displays a product list with photos and a place to request special or customer negotiated prices. Users can also manage the ship to addresses and save their shipment information to allow for faster and easier order placements.

With the Customer Portal, users can view blanket orders (contracts), see quotes, sales orders, shipments, and invoices in real-time, as well as view their purchasing history. The Customer Portal is highly customizable and makes it easier for users to browse products and place orders.
