Thermodyne builds things that do not even exist yet – supported by a business software which provides interfaces to all other areas of production

Thermodyne GmbH develops transport solutions for the aviation and logistics sectors, electronics, medicine and the military, meeting the special requirements of the demanding industries. The smooth workflow from quotation, construction and production, through to on-time delivery is mapped using the business software abas ERP.

In production, order processing, human resources and purchasing, Thermodyne was able to significantly reduce their work steps. Going by the motto "As simple as possible, as flexible as necessary", says Hans Redlich, Head of IT and Process Optimization at Thermodyne.

The greatest benefit in the course of implementation was the high integration capability. All programs are directly interlinked, with abas ERP as the central data basis. This characteristic is being a significant step ahead in being able to continue keeping the future wave of data under control, and to be able to organize processes as simply and efficiently as possible.

Using CAD software, we design and construct even highly complex foam equipment and container constructions. We achieve a level of precision that meets the highest quality requirements. In addition, we calculate the optimum material mix that makes our solutions strong, functional and uniquely safe.
