Agrar Landtechnik AG, founded over 80 years ago, has been relying on abas ERP since 2013. The Swiss business manufactures their own line of agricultural machinery, but also retails well-known international brands in the same segment. Their primary goal for the implementation of a new ERP system was to optimize production, material requirements and capacity planning as well as order monitoring.
Agrar Landtechnik's own brand, "Agrar", is produced in small units but in many variations, which necessitates qualified detailed planning, and not just in production.
