Unity Server

Unity Server

The Unity Server is an application that securely connects third-party and mobile applications to abas ERP. By allowing integration with other applications and services, the Unity Server gives abas users the opportunity to expand on their usage of their ERP software. The mobile applications that integrate with abas ERP using the Unity Server include CRM, TCI, Inventory Management, Point of Sale, Service, Service Request, and Cycle Count.

How does it work?

The Unity Server works by extracting data for analysis, so it doesn’t interfere with abas ERP’s performance. ETL, or the process of extracting, transforming, and loading data, is necessary for all users who need Business Intelligence. The Unity Server makes ETL easy for the user by eliminating coding. The Unity Server uses https, JSON, and RESTful web services to connect third-party applications with abas ERP. The Mobile Device Management (MDM) is a middleware software that controls which device can connect with abas ERP. MDM works by creating an extra layer to the initial abas ERP authentication process that occurs when connecting to a mobile device, adding security when users are using their mobile device to interact with abas ERP. The Unity Server now contains a new feature, Data Sync, that offers a bidirectional way of syncing master data across all different abas ERP instances.
