What happens after the Go Live?
Approximately 30-60 days after the go-live date, the customer is transitioned over to our support group and they are assigned a key client manager who acts as the day-to-day point of contact for any support-related items. Additionally, after the go-live date, abas will help with the month-end close from a financial perspective. A financial consultant will go on site to the customer and help them with their month end.
