ICE chose abas ERP for several reasons, including the company’s goal to run their business from one system, rather than jumping between several disconnected systems to gain the functionality it needed to support its growth. These system silos were causing waste and limiting efficient coordination between ICE operations as the company expanded geographically and in its customer base.
A leading manufacturer of complex amusement equipment, ICE partnered with abas to implement abas ERP, which improved its ability to track work in progress, boost production efficiency, and increase inventory control for both service and production.
ICE also needed a service and repair module in order to meet its after-sales service goals with its distributed customer base. This module was included in the solution that abas brought to ICE. Most importantly, ICE was looking for an ERP software system that could grow along with its product line well into the future. The solution developed with abas provided all this and more, providing ICE with the tools it needed to tackle the new challenges of a growing business.
