Option 1: BI Essentials Package
What is included?
- Basic installation of the Abas best-practice solution
- Initial introduction to the BI environment
- Regular support (4 days within the initial ACE contract period)
- Upgrade service (without customizing)
Requirements:
- Abas ERP version 20 or higher
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or higher
- Power BI Pro licenses (number of users + 1 service user)
Procedure and duration:
- Once: 2 days for initial implementation
- Regularly: 4 days of support within the initial ACE contract period
- Ready to start: earliest possible start of delivery 4 weeks after signing the contract
- Valid for the initial term of the ACE contract. Can be purchased for a fee if the contract is extended accordingly.
Option 2: Shopware Essentials Package
What is included?
- Basic installation of the Abas Connector
- Setup of Shopware (at least Community Edition)
- Regular support (4 days within the initial ACE contract period)
Requirements:
- Active ACE subscription
- Web server available
- Shopware installation available
- Maintained product range structure in Abas ERP
Procedure and duration:
- Once: 2 days for setup
- Regularly: 4 days of support within the initial ACE contract period
- Ready to start: earliest possible start of delivery 4 weeks after signing the contract
- Valid for the initial term of the ACE contract. Can be purchased for a fee if the contract is extended accordingly.
Option 3: AI Explorer Package (Hackathon)
What is included?
- 1-day hackathon at an Abas branch (incl. evening program + accommodation)
- Provision and installation of an infosystem connector for ChatGPT connection on a separate customer system (included in the package)
- Structured process: Introduction to AI, briefing on the connector, idea generation, selection and implementation of a prototype for each customer, development of a customized business case
- Follow-up call approx. 2 weeks after the hackathon (max. 2 hours)
Requirements and contribution:
- Provision of a separate client as a development environment
- Provision of your own OpenAI API key (ChatGPT Pro)
- Technical approvals installing the connector
- Designation of max. 2 participants per customer who can operate the infosystem and implement basic customizing
Procedure and duration:
- Setup: approx. 1 hour remote
- Hackathon: 2 days (1 day hackathon + travel)
- Follow-up call: approx. 2 weeks after the hackathon, duration approx. 2 hours
- Ready to start: Earliest possible start of delivery from 6 weeks after signing the contract, depending on organization and minimum number of participants (at least 4 companies)
Option 4: DocuWare Cloud Package
What is included?
- Abas Add-on DocuWare Cloud
- Cloud Package 4 with 4 Full Named Usern
- Licence model: Named User
Requirements:
- Abas ERP version 20 or higher
- Active ACE subscription
- Support services for the introduction of the DocuWare system as well as any data migration from a legacy system require a separate fee-based order.
Procedure and duration:
- Provision by agreement
- Valid for the initial term of the ACE contract. Can be purchased for a fee if the contract is extended accordingly.

- When booking Abas Cloud Edition, Abas direct customers receive one of four optional digitalization packages free of charge:

- The customer must fulfill the requirements for using the respective package (for example required Abas version). These are listed in the "Package details at a glance" section.
