Mobile Delivery

The abas Delivery and Route Planning mobile app allows users of companies with their own delivery trucks to efficiently indicate what products need to be delivered, and where they need to go. The app gives truck drivers access to this information on the go to ensure that packages are being delivered accurately. By providing employees who are delivering products to customers with a central place to view which items need to be delivered, where they are going, and the most optimum way to get there increases accuracy, and ensures the satisfaction of your customers.

  • Delivery confirmations

After the items are delivered, the driver can capture the customer’s signature from the packing slip which will be synced with abas to confirm that the items were delivered. The delivery confirmation can be sent to the customer via email. For items that were not able to be delivered, the driver can create a note indicating the reason, and attach it to the packing slip. The note can then be synced into abas for managers to view

Integration with the abas workflow editor

The abas Delivery and Route Planning mobile app integrates with the abas Workflow Editor, a solution that allows managers to oversee and maintain their workflow processes. One example of this integration is with the Delivery app’s note tool that allows a truck driver to indicate why a package wasn’t delivered on a packing slip. The note will trigger a notification in the Workflow Editor to alert the manager, so they can put a process in place to ensure the delivery gets completed.
